Since creating HAS Foundation in 2018, we have walked alongside families navigating paediatric palliative care and life after the loss of a child.
We know we cannot change the journey a family is facing. What we can do is walk alongside them with practical support, meaningful moments, connection and partnerships that help strengthen paediatric palliative care in South Australia.
