Live for
the moment.
Love for
a lifetime.

You can help us make a difference for kids in palliative care and help us spread the word by donating to our programs and grabbing some of our merchandise

Named after our beautiful boy Hunter Alfred Stratton, we provide financial and emotional support to children with life-limiting illnesses and their families. We help them create moments of fun and laughter—moments that turn into beautiful, lifelong memories of a love that will never fade.

Graze & Raise

Back by popular demand!

Last year’s event took us by surprise with the overwhelming support we received, so we are doing it all again.  Share some food & wine with friends, and raise precious funds at the same time.
